Custom Dentures

What are Custom Dentures?

Custom dentures are a great way to improve the look and feel of your smile. Unfortunately, if you’re missing a lot or all of your teeth, it can be hard to both feel confident as well as eat normally. This is why we here at the Bastrop Denture & Implant Center will provide our patients with professional customized dentures. The dentures fit comfortably and are realistic-looking.

Why would someone need Custom Dentures?

The reason someone would need custom dentures is because most or all of their teeth are currently missing. In some cases, we’ll need to extract some of your remaining teeth in order to fit you with a denture. The denture is made just for you, which means it’ll look completely natural. Your new appliance can easily last for about a decade before replacement is necessary.

They make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. The way they cater to you and make sure you are comfortable and happy! I have never met such nice people.

What makes someone a candidate for Custom Dentures?

The best way for our doctors here at the Bastrop Denture & Implant Center to determine if you need a new denture is with an exam. This evaluation enables us to see if you would benefit from a denture plate and if so, the best way to have one made. Our goal has always been to provide our patients with beautiful and full smiles for life. You will enjoy the comfort of having your own denture and being able to wear it regularly.

What happens during the Custom Denture procedure?

First, we’ll remove any existing teeth before making the denture. Next, we will carefully take impressions of your teeth. These impressions are then used to make the permanent custom denture just for you. You’ll have the denture fitted and adjusted as needed. We then work to instruct you on how to properly wear and care for the new appliance. This will ensure that it lasts for many years and provides you with a full and healthy smile in the meantime.

If you think you would need a custom denture, call the office today and we will be able to get you in for a consultation appointment.
