Custom dentures are removable prosthetic devices made to replace missing teeth. Unlike standard or economy immediate dentures, custom dentures are created using detailed impressions, facial measurements, and bite alignment to ensure optimal comfort and aesthetics.
Each set is fabricated in our in-house lab, allowing for:

- Same-day try-ins and adjustments
- Personalized tooth selection and gum shading
- Enhanced durability with ADA-approved materials
We offer both full and partial dentures based on your needs and oral health.
The Denture Process at Bastrop Denture and Implant Center
We’ve developed an efficient, patient-centered process that ensures every denture is made with precision and care:
1. Free Consultation & Digital Impressions
Your visit begins with a full exam and digital scans to assess your needs. We’ll review your options and explain the benefits of custom versus standard dentures.
2. Same-Day Try-In & Design
Using your facial profile and bite, we begin crafting your custom dentures in our on-site dental lab. This allows us to create same-day prototypes and offer adjustments on the spot.
3. Fabrication & Fitting
Once you’re satisfied with the trial fit and aesthetics, we finalize your denture. Our lab technicians, including Master Denturist Orville Sadler, ensure precise detailing and comfort.
4. Follow-Up & Adjustments
Your comfort matters. We schedule follow-up visits to fine-tune your denture, ensuring it fits well and looks natural. For urgent repairs or relines, we also offer same-day denture repairs.
